Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached in order to qualify. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted. All returns are subject to our Terms of Service.
How to Start a Return
Please follow the steps below to return your item:

2. Prepare Your Return
Carefully package the items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Place the completed return form inside the package.
3. Send Your Return
Ship the package to the address provided using a reliable, trackable shipping service. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Processing
After your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within up to 10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Important Information
Non-Returnable Items: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please email info@bobbyjune.com for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email info@bobbyjune.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.
